Hi my name is Mieke, I have been on an incredible journey over the past year. I have lost 26 kilos since last January and kept it of. Although I had been difficult at times without the support I would not have succeeded. I didn’t realize how far I had let myself go, which in turn effected my self esteem.
can truly say that with losing the weight it has begun to bring out my inner beauty and I now know I am worth taking care of myself. I went on my big OE late last year and discovered I needed new clothes. Although my journey is not finished yet as I have another 15-20 kilos to go, I know I will get there.
It’s a lifestyle change not a diet.
